You may be used to pushing through cycles of overthinking, emotionally exhausted and holding everything together… even when it’s costing you more than you expected. Over time, stress can build quietly. You might notice the anxiety and exhaustion, irritability, or the sense that you’re running on empty but can’t seem to slow down.

In this space, you don’t have to have it all figured out. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, caregiver fatigue, relationship strain, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of daily life, we’ll explore your experience judgmentally and give you the tools to show yourself the compassion you deserve.

I’m Haley- An anxiety and burnout therapist in McKinney, Texas that works with adults who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, stress, and emotional exhaustion and want to regain control so they feel like themselves again.

Therapist. Veteran. Military Spouse. Mom. Founder of Compass Care Counseling.

Like you, I understand those seasons of challenge, sacrifice, burnout, and eventually, the search for something different. As a military veteran, mom, and practice owner, I’ve experienced firsthand how easy it is to prioritize responsibility over your own well-being… and how hard it can be to finally make space for yourself.

That’s what led me to create Compass Care Counseling. It’s grounded in one simple truth: healing begins when you no longer have to hide what you’re carrying.

Mission

To create a space where growth feels possible. Through accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy, I help adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, and relationship stress reconnect with their values, navigate life’s challenges, and reclaim their emotional wellbeing. At their own pace, in their own way.

Vision

A world where emotional vulnerability is celebrated, mental health is cherished, and every person feels seen, heard, and supported as they grow.

Values

Compassionate Presence: I meet clients with empathy, not judgment. Offering a space where your story is safe, your emotions are valid, and your pace is respected.

Accessibility: Healing should be reachable. Through online therapy and multi-state licensure, I reduce barriers to care and expand access to those who need it most.

Clinical Integrity: I use evidence-based approaches like ACT, DBT and motivational interviewing; grounded in science, delivered with heart.

Client Autonomy: You are the expert in your life. I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.

Resilience-Oriented Growth: Growth isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, feeling fully, and moving forward with intention.

Rooted in Service: As a veteran and woman-led practice, I care deeply about serving and caring for my clients in a way that honors their story and values.
