-Let Your Mind Slow Down & Your Life Open Up-

Anxiety Therapy that gives you space to breathe and room to grow.

You’ve gotten used to carrying worry in the background of your life. Overthinking conversations, replaying decisions, bracing for what might happen next. Now your body feels restless, your patience feels thinner, and joy feels harder to access than ever before.

Therapy for Anxiety at Compass Care in McKinney, TX offers a chance to connect to your experience while making space for your emotions without judgement. My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and DBT-informed approaches, helping you build skills to let your mind and your body settle, and choose actions that align with what truly matters to you.

Why should I seek therapy for anxiety in McKinney, TX?

  • You can feel it in your body. Your shoulders stay tight, your chest feels tense, or your stomach is unsettled. Even when nothing is happening, your body feels like it’s preparing for something.

  • There’s a constant sense that something needs your attention. It’s hard to fully relax because part of your mind is always scanning, planning, or trying to stay ahead.

  • Your reactions feel stronger than the situation calls for. You might snap, shut down, or feel a surge of anger before you’ve even had a chance to think it through.

  • Things you used to enjoy feel harder to connect to. Maybe you’re feeling less motivated, more detached, or like you’re just going through the motions. You ask, “Where did the joy go?”

  • In close relationships, it can feel isolating. You care about the people in your life, but you still find yourself pulling away, short tempered, or avoiding conversations because it feels like too much.

Anxiety and Burnout Therapist in McKinney, TX

Hi, I’m Haley! For over 6 years I have worked alongside adults experiencing anxiety, relationship stress, and burnout that left them feeling stuck and helpless. In that time, client’s have come to me describing constant worry, feeling ashamed of their emotions, or struggling with how they show up in relationships. I imagine you’re here because you that sounds familiar.

As someone who understands the pace and pressure of high-stress jobs or the demands of parenting, I know how anxiety and overwhelm can build over time. Chipping away at your confidence. I want to teach you the power of sitting with your experience instead of pushing it away. Instead of fighting your thoughts or judging your reactions, we learn to hear what they’re telling us. I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that helps you relate to your anxiety, burnout, and difficult emotions with more self-compassion. From there, we build tools to respond calmly, strengthen communication, and make life changes that bring you joy.
